North Dakota ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The North Dakota Secretary of State requires that all Corporations and LLCs file an Annual Report. The Annual Report form is mailed to the designated Registered Agent of the company 90 days in advance of the date it is due. Currently, the North Dakota Secretary of State does not offer online filing of the Annual Report.

Limited Liability Company	May 15th $50.00

North Dakota ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES

Failure to file the Annual Report form will result in the administrative dissolution or revocation of the entity.
